Conference FAQs 2023
Save the date
The ParentChild+ virtual conference will take place from Tuesday, May 16 to Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 12:00 to 5:00 EST on the Zoom webinar platform.Calendar invitations will be sent out to the point person approximately one week before the conference. Once received, please share those invitations with others on your team who will be attending.
Registration fee is by site. The $255 fee gives all Early Learning Specialists and Coordinators at your site access to the conference content.

Payment Options After you register, a confirmation email will be sent to the designated point person with a list of detailed payment options. ParentChild+ accepts ACH, check, Zelle, or credit card payments. Check and ACH payments must be coordinated by emailing Shannalee Levy at email@example.com.
Schedule and Conference Sessions
Conference session details will be available in mid-April. Once available, we will share passwords to allow attendees access to webinar registration pages so they can select their individualized conference schedule. Passwords to access the webinars will be sent to you and your team approximately one month before the conference.
A reminder that workshop ideas and/or submissions should be received by close of business on March 15th. Please go here to submit a workshop proposal. If you have questions about the process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be providing Spanish simultaneous translation for the keynotes as well as some workshops. More information to follow.
