MCC Speaker & Community
The next ‘What If We’ asks what it would take to close the gap before it opened, particularly focusing on the challenges and opportunities for low-income families of children ages 0-3 years in NYC. We will bring together a panel of experts who have been directly involved in or effected by this issue. Participants will hear from experts in early childhood policy, direct service, community organizing, parenthood and health & development who can speak to the complexity of the issue as well as the wide range of innovative ideas and solutions already here (or on the horizon). Participants will also engage in discussion about how they might work individually or collectively to address challenges they see on a daily basis through their lives and work.
